RVA Graphics Motorsports by Speed Syndicate is thrilled to announce the addition of Spike Kohlbecker to its driver lineup for the 2025 Toyota GR Cup Series season. Spike is already an accomplished driver in the series who is known for his speed and consistency. In the past two years, Spike has earned a top-three spot in the Toyota GR Cup Drivers Championship.

“Spike is a threat to win every time he sits in a car, and we look forward to the challenge of helping him accomplish both his short- and long-term racing goals,” stated Farran Davis, Team Development Manager for RVA Graphics Motorsports by Speed Syndicate.

Kohlbecker is excited to be returning to the series, and he is quick to note that his racing career is a true team effort. “To be on the grid again, in a professional racing series, would not be possible without the support of RVA Graphics Motorsports by Speed Syndicate, and my sponsors and supporters,” Kohlbecker says. “I’m grateful to welcome back my sponsors from the 2024 season and look forward to announcing my new sponsors for the 2025 season.”

Despite his success the past two seasons, Kohlbecker is eager to achieve even more in the coming year. He says, “With 28 sports car races on my resume, I look forward to adding 14 more races in the GR Cup Series in 2025. My commitment to the team and my focus to improve my performance both on and off the track next year will be unwavering.”

Chris Vallee, Team Principal and Engineer, noted, “I have been very impressed by Spike the last two years in GR Cup. I have watched his dedication and drive to win. His experience is very valuable as we continue our march up the grid. As a team, we can’t wait to get the 2025 season started.”

The 2025 GR Cup season begins at Sonoma Raceway the weekend of March 28-30 with rounds one and two. In the meantime, Kohlbecker and the entire RVA Graphics Motorsports by Speed Syndicate team will be testing in preparation for the season.
